Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door

This, along with Pokémon Coliseum, was my first NGC Mario game. It was actually MY launch game for the Gamecube. I let my brother have first go, and he loved it, saying its good to play the Paper Mario series again. I loved it too, LOVED IT!

I don't really care about this game anymore, because I have Super Mario 64 DS. I could never finish this game, as such, I never got to hear Peach's voice (so I hated it in Super Mario 64 DS). There isn't much to talk about on this game.

I could never finish Super Mario 64, because I was too young to understand what to do, but now I can finish it. This was the third DS game me and my brother ever got. This game was great. Particularly the fact you could play as Yoshi, Luigi and Wario. But Peach's voice was terrible :(

My very first Mario game for the GBA. This was really for my brother, so I let him have the first go. The game is enjoyable, no wonder it was dubbed one of the best games ever (well, the original game at least).

Funny Story. I traded this in one day, but then I got another one from my Cousin. I then gave that to my friend, but I wanted to play it again. Instead of just letting me play it, my friend gave it back. Still, it's a pretty good game.

Now this was probably the most irritating game we ever got. It was still good, but it was incredibly hard, me and my brother had to work together to beat the entire game 100%, and we've only done so once. Meh, still good I can't wait for the sequel.

I could never enjoy this game to the most. Me and my brother were very stereotypical with out character at that time, because we were very young (6 and 7 if I remeber correctly). We only played as the Mario series, Pokemon series and Kirby. We couldn't even unlock Captain Falcon. But now that were older, we can enjoy the sequel to the fullest.

I didn't manage to play this til' 2007. When I played I said to myself... WHAT HAVE WE BEEN MISSING ALL THESE YEARS!!! This game was the greatest game I have ever played, and everyone at my Church aggrees. I do not believe what we had been missing out on these last 6 Years. I want this game bad, I want to buy it. I can't cos I'm getting Pokemon Diamond this month. Meh, what are you gonna do. P.S. LOVE THIS GAME!!!!

I only played one Mini-Game. One of my friends at Church had this game, and he allowed me and my brother to play it. Didn't quite understand it, but oh well. Maybe next time I'll be a bit better.

Wario World

I never played it, my brother did. He rented it out at the time that I joined this site on May 24th 2007. He liked the game, and considered it funny, but thought that the bosses were wierd. I did too, they were creepy. It was also too short, he managed to finish the game 5 times in one Week, and almost finished it a 6th, but it had to go back to the Video Store. I can't give a proper review, cos I never played it.

Now this was worth getting. Got it in a special sale alongside Spyro: Shadow Legacy. It was great, challenging (sometimes, too challenging), and the addition of the other four babies was great. Everyone at my church loves this game, but my mum doesn't like the graphics for the game.

Yoshi's Island: Super Mario Advance 3

My neighbour found this game on the ground, and wanted to see if it still worked. He used our GBA to do it. Amazingly, it still worked, but you couldn't keep it paused too long. I didn't get very far, but now I want to play the game again. I've moved house, so I'm unable to play the game anymore, but I'm sure I'll find it somewhere.

Meh, a bit too childish. Perfect for when I played it as a young lad, but I don't want to play it now. However, the Yoshi's Story stage in Melee was pretty good, and I have to admit the music is good. Either way, I ain't playing it, but it has done wonders for Super Smash Bros. It was this music track for Brawl that told me "Yoshi is going to be in Brawl. Definitely."
