Mr. Kipper is a green sub-species of Cheep-Cheep that can be found in The Sea as well as in the Sunken Ship, in Super Mario RPG: Legend of the Seven Stars. They are close relatives to Goby, another enemy that appeared in the Kero Sewers. They are often met in a team with Crusties and Bloopers. Mr. Kipper is usually considered as one of the easiest enemies in the Sunken Ship, as he doesn't have high HP, and does not resort to any spell. In battle, Mr. Kipper attacks by ramming into its enemies.
