Hoohooligan

The Hoohooligans are an ellipical people that inhabit the Hoohoomountains. They have facial features reminiscent of a bowling ball (they have three holes in their heads, two for eyes and for a mouth). Their Civilization is apparently very old, the ancient Hoohooligans wrote jokes in an ancient language and constructed the Hoohooros.
