Autopatrolled users have their edits automatically marked as patrolled. Users in this group are not considered admins, but are trusted enough to aid admins with day to day patrolling. Retired admins are often autopatrolled.
Current autopatrolled users are listed at Special:ListUsers/autopatrolled.
