Templates

I really didn't know what I was doing; I just copied the HTML from an existing template and added my own words.

You can just copy the source from the Template: Super Strikes page and reword it. ;) Waluigi Freak 99 19:49, 24 September 2006 (EDT)

can you make me an archive

I believe Wayoshi already solved your problem, Superchao. Monty Mole (Talk·Contribs) 17:05, 25 September 2006 (EDT)

Congrats

Welcome to the realm of sysophood. Thanks for all your great contributions. Keep it up! -- Son of Suns

Block

Although I am new to sysophood myself, I don't think your supposed to block a user on the first offense. (except sockpuppets) Although it is unlikely that the user will stop, even after a warning, you still should give the user a warning by adding {{lastwarn}} to the user's talk page. I don't mean to antagonize you because I know you had good intentions, but we are new to this stuff. I may be wrong as I just like giving people second chances.--SpikeFile:Spike sheild badge.PNG

You are correct in procedure, Spike, but there is a suspicious connection between 17, Wapiko., and Zeli. It's not good to have any of the three around. Wayoshi ( T·C·@ ) 19:15, 4 October 2006 (EDT)
Thanks to Special:CheckUser, Wapiko. and Zeli are the same person. All 3 have been blocked indefinitely. Right procedure, wrong situation of multiple trolls. :) Wayoshi ( T·C·@ ) 19:19, 4 October 2006 (EDT)

I must have not made myself clear entirely:

  • Spike was correct in procedure: one major vandalism edit and the user gets a warning; second major vandalism and the user is banned from a month to indefinitely. As just becoming a sysop two days ago, you were unaware of the standards, which is absolutely fine -- I'm not upset at all.
  • What was different was those three usernames on two IPs were connected somehow, and required infinite blocks on the spot. Not the best situation to start sysoping with.

Keep up the good work. :) Wayoshi ( T·C·@ ) 20:29, 4 October 2006 (EDT)

All right, I think I get it now. Thanks, Wayoshi. Monty Mole (Talk·Contribs) 20:42, 4 October 2006 (EDT)

Images

Thanks for the advice about the thumbnails! I was wondering how to make those images smaller, and I'm currently working on fixing the really big pics. However, some, like the Wendy's toys and the Mario Flinging A Fireball figurine, won't let me re-do them. Why is that? User: 3dejong

Player's Choice

It used to be only for GameCube, but just a few months ago, three Player's Choice games for GameBoy Advance games were announced, including Super Mario Advance, Super Mario Advance 3, and Super Star Saga. Now, four more have been added, Pokemon FireRed and LeafGreen, Super Mario Advance 2, and Mario Kart: Super Circuit. If you didn't get the Super Mario Advances or Super Circuit the first time around, you might want to get a copy, like I did. 3dejong
