Spike (film character)

Spike is one of King Koopa's cousins in the movie Super Mario Bros. He works with his other cousin Iggy to kidnap Princess Daisy. Iggy sometimes calls him Spikeasaurus[1].
Spike is portrayed as being very dimbwited, and he and Iggy fail all the tasks that Koopa gives them. This angers Koopa, and he has them both evolved to try and make them smarter. This is done using a machine primarily designed for de-evolving people into Goombas. Now thinking for themselves, the Koopa cousins decide to become allies with Mario and Luigi. At the end of the film, the two cousins decide to make a vidio game called "Super Koopa Cousins". It is unknown if they ever made it.
Spike is most likely based on the enemy, Spike.
