Gameplay
In this minigame, the two players attempt to saw the chains suspending two Thwomps above the opposing player, so that the Thwomp can fall and squash their opponent. If one of the players saws the chain too quickly, the player has to quickly rest as it wastes time defeating the other player. The player who saws through their chain first wins.
Trivia
The name of the minigame is a pun on Chainsaw, a real world weapon. Chainsaws also appear in Super Mario World
