This is how the first chase went:
The General was originally at [[Petalburg]] after leaving the [[Fahr Outpost]]. Once [[Mario]] goes there, the [[Koopa]] at the entrance will say he went to [[Keelhaul Key]]. There, [[Pa-Patch]] will tell him that the general went to [[Glitzville]]. In the juice shop, [[Podley]] will explain that the General may have gone to [[The Great Tree]] in the [[Boggly Woods]]. the [[Puni]] at the front entrance will tell [[Mario]] that there's a slight chance he went to [[Twilight Town]]. The resident in front of the [[inn]] will say that he has seen the general but does not know where he is. [[Mario]] than goes back to the [[Fahr Outpost]] and talks to the mayor, who says he will try to spread the word an keep a lookout for him. but the in last house to the right, the General is sleeping in the bed.

General White is an old Bob-omb general that helped create the Giant Cannon to The Moon at Fahr Outpost in the game Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door. Mario and his party must find him and get him to fire the cannon. He is elusive, and sends Mario and friends on a wild goose chase across the map looking for him. The first time is when Mario must get the cannon back on-line and the second (optional) time is when Goldbob sends Mario and friends to deliver a package to him.
