::Well, this is how it is. If you own the game, you can download the game and keep it till whenever, however if you don't, then yea, it is illegal cause you didn't purchase it. However, it's '''extremely''' rare that officials are going to fine you or imprison you, since that vast majority on the internet do the same thing. The odds of having that happen are probably the same as winning the jackpot in the lottery. {{User:Super-Yoshi/sig}}

:::Okay, good. While we are discussing what's legal and not, can I upload an image of something that has to do with Mario, which I have found on the Internet. For example, an artwork or a screenshot? - [[User:Yoshi's Island|Yoshi's Island]] 19:15, 29 July 2010 (UTC)

::::Of course you can! That's what the MarioWiki is haha. If it's an official artwork or screenshot, then you can put it on a wiki page. But if its fanart, then you have to tag "<nowiki>{{personal-image|Yoshi's Island}</nowiki>}" with the image you are uploaded. You can then use the image on your userpage, signature, etc. :P {{User:Super-Yoshi/sig}}
