Hi there, everyone, and welcome to my talk page on the Super Mario Wiki! Feel free to drop me a line if you want to chat.

Of course, I definitely welcome all "dedicated" fans of the Mario series' gals, because I'm one of those folks that are determined to support them full force! However, it's best that we do it on this talk page. It would be much appreciated.

Re: Princess Protection

I thought you may want to know - if you protect the article so only confirmed users can edit it then only users that are 30 days old will be able to edit it so that would allow all good users to edit it and all bad ones not to. Marioguy1 (talk)

If I recall correctly, the vandals attacking the Peach and Daisy articles are people who register themselves to do harm. Maybe it would be sufficient only to semi-protect these articles. That way the articles are still editable by older users and the trolls couldn't lay a hand on it. Might be more practical. Keep it up. - Gabumon^(talk) 21:37, 6 December 2009 (EST)

Re: Princess Peach protection

Yes, I made it so that only sysops can move the page. I did so for all other major characters because they have been repeatedly moved in the past, but moving them should never happen in a regular case. If you have some really good reason for a movement of those articles, it would have to be decided in proposals beforehand anyway, so all it is is troll protection.

Editing the article should still be possible for everybody who is past the "new user" time, I don't know for sure how much that is though because it doesn't say it anywhere. If anybody has trouble editing the article and is not a new user, there might be something wrong in the system. - Cobold (talk · contribs) 14:23, 17 December 2009 (EST)

Princess Peach section

First, there's a bunch of articles that only have one language in the section. Second, I "replaced" the quotes section because it wasn't a list of quotes. It just linked to the category. That makes it seem like Peach appeared in every single game, but did she? No. It has to be like the Mario articles. It flat out lists the quotes. Hello, I'm Time Turner.

I couldn't upload a new version of yours due to the fact it was in jpg form. I uploaded this one and am using it on the pages right now though. If you notice this picture is not the original. It was cut out of an image with a background as you can see on the outline of her body. I'm sure you knew by this point in your time on the site you can't replace images with different file extensions right? FD09

It's funny. I had the actual image uploaded at one time. Without my knowing however somebody replaced it long ago with the one that I just recently replaced. I still don't know what happened. FD09

I can't help it if I don't agree with a lot of the edits you make to her page. Instead of removing four images from the screenshots and art that I already had there, which included her N64 design, you did it all yourself which was not needed. You also tried to change Panchito's edits to the sections I had previously made when I'm the one who asked him to fix it. Also, I included pictures that were mostly not on the article already, and the only reason I didn't include the N64 arts is that they were not only low quality, especially the screenshots, but they distract people from what Daisy looks like. I included her second appearance and had her older look in some other stuff that just didn't seem as good as all the pictures there now. Sorry again, sometimes you just don't make agreeable decisions. FD09

I didn't have any idea what video games were until I came home one day and saw a PSX controller and played Resident Evil and Twisted Metal which were the first games that I ever played actually. I had nightmares for awhile which wasn't that bad. I always thought Resident Evil was fun and then two years later I was introduced to Super Mario World and Super Mario World 2: Yoshi's Island which were the first Mario games I ever played as well. It got pretty fun after that when I got a Gameboy Color and Nintendo 64.

I didn't have a very large lot of games to play for them either but I still play my gameboy games on my Gameboy Advance SP from time to time when I need to remember something or if I'm seeking to have some fun with the games. I used to play the N64 quite a bit but never got any Mario games for it. I played SSB and Super Mario 64 on several occasions and I always thought they fun games as well.

Later on I ended up with a Gamecube which I still find fun even though I only have 3 Mario games for it and the rest being Pokemon, Metroid, Resident Evil, and Sonic games. I occasionally do some art of Mario or drawings of game and anime characters. I also play the drums, guitar, and do vocals.
