The Pianta Judge.

The Pianta Judge holds trial for Mario when the Isle Delfino is vandalized by a figure resembling the poor plumber in the events of Super Mario Sunshine. Although Peach tries to object, the judge finds Mario guilty (the truth is he was framed by Shadow Mario) and orders him to clean off the entire island. He makes his only appearance in Super Mario Sunshine, and was voiced by Deanna Mustard, who also voices Daisy.
