A Super Mushroom is a red mushroom that allows Mario to grow to an enormous size once he eats them.
In relation to Mario Kart, a Super Mushroon (also known as a Golden Mushroom) is an item that gives an infinite amount of Mushroom speed bursts in 7 - 10 seconds.
