When Mario and Parakarry read the letter sent from Frost T., he wrote that he is thanking Parakarry for delivering his mail, despite the snow and ice he lived in a snowy valley away from his family. He also wrote that receiving email from Parakarry is considered the greatest pleasure of his life. Everytime he gets email from Parakarry, the letters from her wife and he daughter contains written kind words that keep Frost T. giving strength and continuing his work. Frost T. is an implied Toad character who is mentioned during the events of Paper Mario.
After Mario defeats General Guy and his Shy Guys during the events of Chapter 4, one of Mario's partners; Parakarry has received some mail from the Post Office.
