Necessary?

Basically the title. Unless I'm missing something, this doesn't really seem notable. Hello, I'm Time Turner.

We could convert this into a more useful Template:Fakelink, since the game does have specific locations per level and keeps track if you found Pixel Toad or not. Icon showing how many lives Mario has left. From Super Mario 64 DS. It's me, Mario! (Talk / Stalk) 22:11, 9 February 2016 (EST)
That seems more viable than an article that treats the entity like an actual character. Is the Pixel Toad name actually official, though? I'm asking as someone who hasn't picked up the game. Hello, I'm Time Turner.
