Template:Levelbox The Cobalt Base is one of the locations in the Wii U game Paper Mario: Color Splash. It is unlocked after getting a Mini Paint Star from the Sacred Forest and completing it unlocks Fort Cobalt.
Layout
The Cobalt Base consists of the entrance and a trap door, which leads them to a Warp Pipe. Entering the Warp Pipe allows Mario and Huey to play Snifit or Whiffit with a Snifit host.
