An Ultra Shroom is an item found in the Paper Mario series. This special mushroom heals fifty HP. They are found randomly throughout the Mushroom Kingdom (and the greater Mushroom Plant), and are rarely for sale. In the Underground Shop in Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door, Mario can purchase Ultra Shrooms for two hundred Coins each.

Although they heal a lot of HP, Ultra Shrooms aren't the most valuable shrooms in the series. To acquire the most valuable, mix an Ultra Shroom with a Jammin' Jelly at Zess T. or Tayce T.'s house to create the Jelly Ultra.
