Clubbas are mace-wielding turtles that appear in the Paper Mario series. They as a generic enemy only appear in Paper Mario and Super Paper Mario; however, the wrestling Clubba named Grubba appears in Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door. Clubbas are characterized by their wild hair, their laid-back attitude, and their diet, which consists of Boos, making them the only known predators of the ghosts. Clubbas tend to have unstable allegiences; the generic Clubbas in Paper Mario were ruled over by Tubba Blubba, and therefore also served Bowser.
