Lava Rock Lair, otherwise known as World 4-
Castle, is the final level of World 4 in Super Mario 3D World. It can be accessed after completing Spike's Lost City, and it's own completion frees the Orange Sprixie Princess who builds a Clear Pipe to World 5.
Layout
There are many Brolders and Goomba Towers in the level, and at the end, the player fights with Boss Brolder.
Green Stars
- Green Star 1: The player must stomp on the Brolder from starting position and throw it onto a P Switch, then immediately go on the second P Switch adjacent to the first one, and cross the now dropped bridge to grab the star. The player can also use a friend to hit one of the P Switches.
- Green Star 2: After going through the Clear Pipe that goes through lava, the player will see a Mystery Box. The player must throw stomped Brolders at 2 P Switches and step on a third switch to grab the Green Star. 2 friends could join to make it easier.
- Green Star 3: After the Mystery Box, the player will see a Green Star off a ledge. The player must stomp on a Brolder and take to the ledge and then throw the Brolder off the ledge.
Stamp
The player must be in Cat form in order to reach the Stamp, which will require climbing up a wall after the Clear Pipe that goes through lava.
