This episode negins with the [http://www.http://www.mariowiki.com/Airship.com Dommship] flying over a town in the [http://www.http://www.mariowiki.com/Earth.com Real World]. Koopa and all the Koopa Kids are onboard. In the prison compound some of the prisoners are playing basketball. A prisoner grabs a ball and giggles, while Crime Wave Clyde, a big, tough looking prisoner, grumbles. He picks up the smaller prisoner, rolls him into a ball, dribbles him to the net, and tosses him in. Then Crimewave Clyde asks "Okay! Who else thinks they can beat me at basketball?" and the others prisioners run away.

King Koopa asks Clyde to train the Koopa Kids to do badness in the worst way possible. At first he is reluctant, but he agrees after Koopa says that he'll give him half of the stolen items.  
Suddenly, the prison begins to rumble, Crime Wave Clyde looks up and sees the doomship shooting a watchtower, which burns up and fall over. A rope ladder drops down from the doomship and [http://www.http://www.mariowiki.com/Roy_Koopa.com Bully Koopa]picks up the prisoner to the DommShip. They are trained and are soon excellent at doing bad, but begin stealing from each other. Clyde says that that's not the way it works, but they're rotten Koopalings after all, so what'd you expect? They capture Mario and Luigi and lock them in a desert pyramid with a Boom Boom. After the Koopa Kids and King Koopa himself double-cross Clyde, he runs to Mario and Luigi begging them to take him back to prison and offering to help them stop the Koopas from robbing the Mushroom Kingdom's Treasury. They accept the offer. Mario. Luigi, and Clyde manage to send the Koopas back from where they came from by putting the Koopa Kids in a large bag and a very large Bob-omb in a different bag. The bomb blows up. After that they take Clyde back to the real world prison, and he tells them that his longer-than-life sentence is better than one more day with those Koopas. Mario,as usual makes a bad joke at the end of that episode: "Heh, he’s just lucky he didn’t have to face the Koopa Kids on a bad day, huh Luigi? Ha ha ha ha!".
