Yoshi Juice is juice that Yoshis shoot out of their mouths in Super Mario Sunshine. The color of the juice depends on the color of the Yoshi. The juice is not different from the water which F.L.U.D.D. shoots; however, the juice can wash away Forcefields while water can't.
