Blue Pipe
The Blue Pipe is a pipe item found in Mario Pinball Land. These items can help Mario from losing a life or from leaving the area Mario is supposed to be. They usually appear when the player went into a new area as they appear between the flippers the player controls. It can be obtained by buying it from Toad, or hitting a ? Block.
Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door
In Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door,Blue Pipes can be found in the Rogueport Sewers.They are used as shortcuts to various locations.There are four in the game that lead to Petalburg,The Great Tree,Keelhaul Key,and Poshley Heights.
Another type of Blue Pipe leads to Fahr Outpost.This is the only way to get there.
