The Stone Cap is an item in Paper Mario. It is a replica of the Mario Cap. When Mario wears it, he gains the Stone status, transforming into a stone statue. Mario is invincible to any damage for two turns; however, he cannot attack while wearing the Stone Cap. It can be bought at Toad Town for thirty coins, and it can be found in Shy Guy's Toy Box and Jade Jungle.
