Ray Mk III, sometimes mistakenly referred to as Custom Robo[1], is the latest robo of the Ray series and first appears in Custom Robo Arena. It is given to the player character as a gift after impressing the president of the robo research and manufacturing company, NeoBrain. In Super Smash Bros. Brawl, it appears as a summonable Assist Trophy, unlocked after playing at least 100 matches in Brawl mode or its related modes. Being a toy, it is very small, but it is able to fly around the stage at fast speeds. While attacking, it alternates between the two guns in its hands, firing bullets from its left and missiles from its right. The bullets are released in quick volleys and the missiles are single-fire that home in on opponents.
