Taj Tokens are large Red Coin-like tokens with Taj the Genie's face on them.
In Diddy Kong Racing DS, Taj Tokens replace bananas as the collectible items on Smokey Mountain; players must collect various Taj Tokens on Smokey Mountain without being hit with an attack. Players then had to take their collected Taj Tokens to their nest.
Taj Tokens also appear in Taj the Genie's challenges; here, players had to collect ten Taj Tokens from various locations on Timber's Island.
