Template:DKCbox The Curse of Kongo Bongo is the twelfth episode of the Donkey Kong Country TV series.

Plot Synopsis

At the start of the episode, every ape on Kongo Bongo Island mysteriously gets a letter. These letters contain the curse of the Bluebeard Baboon upon them. If the curse is read not once, but twice, the entire island will sink into the sea. Cranky Kong is angered when he discovers that Donkey Kong has read the letter, and he sends him out to stop everyone else from doing such. When King K. Rool gets his letter and threatens Donkey Kong to read the whole thing, which the apes does, things really go haywire.
