It replenishes 20 HP and cures Poison. It's made by mixing a Big Egg and a Horsetail. It's recommended because recovers more then a Big Egg plus a Horsetail together. The Omelette Plate looks similar to the Omelette Meal from Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door.
