Wet-Dry World is a level in Super Mario 64 (and its remake Super Mario 64 DS) filled with puzzles and water. Seven Crystal Taps control the water level, as does how high Mario Jumps into the painting when entering in the first place. Under Wet-Dry World is a "downtown" area that holds a Metal Cap, a Vanish Cap, and the eight Red Coins required to get all of the level's stars. The Bob-omb Buddy can only be accessed if you jump into the highest part of the painting.
