|Hi. I don't think you should do that in mainspace articles (although there are some exceptions, such as [[Super Mario RPG: Legend of the Seven Stars#Enemies|this list]]), but of course you can do it on your user page. As you can see, I'm currently doing it :) I can just explain you the basics, though. Put the text you want to split into columns between the tags '''<nowiki>{|</nowiki>''' and '''<nowiki>|}</nowiki>'''. Put a '''|''' and then the text that is supposed to be in the left column. On the next line, put another '''|''' followed by the text that should show up on the right. If you want to start a new line, use '''<nowiki>|-</nowiki>'''.
