The Town Elder is the elder of Seaside Town in Super Mario RPG: Legend of the Seven Stars. After defeating Johnny at the Sunken Ship, the Town Elder and other residents of Seaside Town are being held hostage at the Shed. Mario will be demanded to hand over the Star Piece, and if he declines, they will "tickle" the elder. However, Mario must give in. After the Shed has been opened with a Shed Key, the Town Elder will award Mario with a Flower Jar, and the villagers will go back to their homes.
