A Pick Me Up is an item used to revive one fallen party member in Super Mario RPG: Legend of the Seven Stars. It appears as a beverage in red bottle with a picture of a star.
Using a Pick Me Up on a fallen partner will instantly restore all of their lost HP. This item can only be used during battle, as any fallen party members automatically regain one HP after a battle.

Trivia
- The term "pick-me-up" is a general phrase referring to any food or drink with restorative powers.
- The star seen on the artwork of the Pick Me Up is almost identical to the one that appears in Toadstool's Come Back move, which can also revive partners.
