Fanning more bubbles into the spikes consecutively results in the point multiplier displayed on the spiked wheel to increase, going from "×1" to "×3" to "×5" to "×7" and finally to "×10," though this decreases over time if more bubbles are not popped before. If a bubble pops on the ground, the player loses ten points. Big Popper is a single-player minigame found in Mario Party Advance. Its name is likely a pun on the name of the American singer The Big Bopper.

Introduction

The player is standing in the center of the area as a bubble descends. They immediately walk over and fan the bubble into the spike, popping it.

Gameplay

The player has to pop bubbles by using a fan to make the bubbles move to the spikes to earn points. Fanning more bubbles into the spikes consecutively results in the point multiplier displayed on the spiked wheel to increase, going from "×1" to "×3" to "×5" to "×7" and finally to "×10," though this decreases over time if more bubbles are not popped before. If a bubble hits the ground, the player loses ten points. As time passes, more bubbles appear on the field; amongst these are red bubbles, which not only increase points if popped but also increase time. The minigame ends after the time expires.

In Shroom City mode, the player must earn at least 70 points in the allotted time to win.
