First appearance | Paper Mario: Sticker Star (2012) |
Template:Quote2 The Turkey is a Thing in Paper Mario: Sticker Star. It is hidden in Rugged Road. At the beginning of the starting area, after it has been cooled off, Mario is able to not only hit a ? Block, he is able to hop down and head to the left of this block to find a hidden area. It appears to be a sauna with the turkey in the corner, allowing Mario to easily collect it. It remains in Mario's Album until it is turned into a Sticker at a Sling-a-Thing station. Once it has been used as a sticker, it returns to its original position. It can also be purchased from the Shady Toad for 250 Coins.
The turkey is a medium-sized sticker, taking up 1.5×1.5 squares in Mario's album. If and when it is used in battle, upbeat music begins to play as the turkey appears onscreen. It dances in a humorous fashion, sliding into all enemies, knocking them offscreen before doing a finish pose with Mario.
The turkey can also be placed into the Sticker Museum as #62, alongside the other miscellaneous Things. Both descriptions note its tender taste and tradition for holiday meals.
