Use this template on all failed Unfeaturing Article nominations. The parameters for this template are:
nominated: When was the nomination created?
lastedit: When did the nomination fail?
nosupport: Type True or False depending on if it has any votes supporting it or not.
vetoed=yes: Add this parameter if it is vetoed by administrators
