As stated above, they never do this in-game, and looking at it, the size difference isn't even accurate to what it is in-game. It doesn't seem to be two posed models, just two crops haphazardly superimposed over each other. I think keeping this image has more downsides than upsides. :I agree the image looks...pretty bad, but I can't just outright delete an image that's being used by so many articles, one of them being BJAODN, a page intended for purposefully listing bad things (admittedly, the image is there a tad inexplicably...).
