Itadaki Street DS is an upcoming game for the Nintendo DS. It is being created by Square-Enix. Itadaki Street DS, like former installments in Itadaki Street series, will be a Monopoly-like game that may have some Mario Party-like elements added to it due the appearance of several Mario characters (For example there are minigames). It will be released June 21st, 2007 in Japan only.

Characters

As of now many characters from both game series have been confirmed to be in the game, and in all there will be 25 playable characters, 11 from the Mario series, 11 from the Dragon Quest series, and 3 from an unknown group. All Mario characters have been revealed, and 1 Dragon Quest character remains a secret. Players are able to create and customize their own characters.

All of the characters above have been confirmed on the official(Japanese) website [5] except for Waluigi, Toad or Hassan who have all been confirmed throughout screenshots or in an IGN report.
