The Delfino Emergency Broadcast System, also known as D.E.B.S. (its acronym), is Isle Delfino's instant news and warning system. As such, it provides the island's local Piantas, Nokis, and Tanookis (as well as any visitors, such as Mario) with notifications about various happenings around the island, including current events and recent disasters.
