Kero Sewers is the sewer system of Mushroom Kingdom in Super Mario RPG: Legend of the Seven Stars. "Kero" is the Japanese name for "frog"; however, not one frog appears in Kero Sewers. Kero Sewers is located above Midas Falls and is guarded by the dreaded dog monster Belome. For unknown reasons, Kero Sewers is haunted by a variety of specters, such as Boos, as well as having a rat problem. Moreover, a tunnel in Land's End leads to the Kero Sewers, which Mario and his party enter to find - among other things - a jar of Cricket Jam, a Star, and many strange monsters on the way.
