This template is to be used to bring attention to any questions that need resolving on an articles talk page. Users can apply this template below the section's header. This will add the talk page itself to [[:Category:Unresolved talk pages]], and other users will be able to reach it from there. Once the problem has been resolved or a consensus has been reached, the template should be removed so it no longer appears in the "unresolved" category. If a question gains no reply within six months time, it is recommended that the template be remove so as to only categorize recent questions. Also, if an outdated discussion has not yet reach a consensus, users are welcome to start a <span class="plainlinks">[http://www.marioboards.com/index.php?board=57.0 collaboration thread]</span class> on the forums.

This will add the talk page itself to Category:Unresolved talk pages, and other users will be able to reach it from there. Once the problem has been resolved or a consensus has been reached, the template should be removed so it no longer appears in the "unresolved" category. If a question gains no reply within six months time, it is recommended that the template be removed so as to only categorize recent questions. Please note that unresolved Talk Page Proposals must be tagged with {{TPP}} instead of the talk template.

Usage

Typing {{Talk}} will simply display the above template. Adding a variable can specify what the question is about. For example, typing {{Talk|Official name?}} will appear as below:
