After you beat Wizpig for the first time, you have to get all the trophy's in the first 4 worlds, you go to the board close to Sherbert Island. You go to the lighthouse which blasts off into the Sky, because it is Wizpig's Rocket. To Get to Wizpig the final time you need to get every Balloon in the game, and the Trophy for Future Fun Land.
