'''White Mage''' is a job class from the ''{{wikia|finalfantasy|Final Fantasy series|Final Fantasy}}'' series. They are typically characterized by their long, hooded red and white robes, and practice White Magic (consisting largely of healing and support magic). A White Mage character appears in ''[[Mario Hoops 3-on-3]]'' and ''[[Mario Sports Mix]]'', developed by [[Square Enix]]. In these games, she is depicted as a cheerful woman and wears a shorter dress and tiara not present in the ''Final Fantasy'' series, though she resembles {{wikia|finalfantasy|Lenna Charlotte Tycoon}}'s appearance as a White Mage in ''{{wikia|finalfantasy|Final Fantasy V}}'' and {{wikia|finalfantasy|Shirma}} from the {{wikia|finalfantasy|Chocobo series|Chocobo}} games due to their similar pink hair and green eyes. In ''Mario Hoops 3-on-3'', she is portrayed by Noriko Iwahara, but Bianca Allen takes over the role in ''Mario Sports Mix''.

In Japanese and internal files of ''Mario Hoops 3-on-3'' and ''Mario Sports Mix'', she is named "{{wikia|finalfantasy|Shirma|Shiroma}}", which is an abbreviated form of the White Mage class's Japanese name, "shiro madōshi". The same applies to her partner, [[Black Mage]], whom both games call "{{wikia|finalfantasy|Croma|Kuroma}}".

White Mage is a woman that is the same height as Peach, but with a thinner build. She has green eyes and swift hair, colored pink, matching lipstick, and has a large bang which obscures her right eye, much like [[Rosalina]]'s. In the ''Mario'' sports games, she appears wearing a white small hooded dress with the red triangle pattern that is characteristic of White Mages. Her hood is down, and she wears a silver tiara with a red jewel at the center, a red choker, light blue earrings and a matching brooch, and red high heels.

Winning a silver trophy in the the Rainbow Tourney on the Hard difficulty in ''Mario Hoops 3-on-3'' unlocks an alternate costume for White Mage, changing her hair color to purple, and making the red parts of her dress and heels magenta, and her chest brooch becomes red while her choker remains the same color.

In ''Mario Sports Mix'', an alternate outfit for her can also be unlocked by clearing a certain mission on the Flower Cup, clearing the Star Road five times, or by using the White Mage twenty times. This alternate outfit changes her heels and dress to icy pale blue with a red brooch and the patern becomes somewhat rounded, along with light green earrings, and white laced stockings, with her choker once again remaining the same color. Her hair also turns white and her irises are colored red, which are both traits of {{wp|albinism}}.

White Mage has control of white magic, which are spells that support her allies. She has one attack spell, called ''[[Holy Shot|Holy]]'', that appears as her special attack in the ''Mario'' series. The Holy Shot consists of an attack magic that in ''Mario Hoops 3-on-3'' was blue, and in ''Mario Sports Mix'' is white. She also has low Power stats. Also in ''Mario Sports Mix'', in Volleyball and Dodgeball, White Mage uses white magic circles to catch the ball. In Volleyball she can use a veil to block the ball.
