This MarioWiki Bot, it could do other tasks, like deleting in-sufficient length New Stubs past the due date, and maybe automatically count scores for proposals and archive them. It may never happen, but it could be a suggestion?

:Yes, people used to welcome uspenisers theirselves, we could have users welcome new users and the bot doing other things... maybe it could even hand out warnings and ban users?[[User:M&L|M&L+No Moar Picklez=Wurld War III=[[Image:SMG YellowLuma.jpg|45px]]|]] 21:33, 7 February 2012 (EST)
::Ignoring the amount of time it would take to implement either, users are much more efficient than a bot in completing most wiki functions, especially if and when mistakes are made. Also, users welcoming new users isn't applicable because of the magnitude of new users who join on a daily basis. {{User:Mario4Ever/sig}}
:::Well, a lot of users could patrol and welcome new users immeadiately using <code><nowiki>{{welcome|M&L}}</nowiki></code> or whatever their username is, right? Here's a coin, MarioWiki Bot![[Image:NSpenisMBwii_coin.jpg|20px]][[User:M&amp;L|M&amp;L+No Moar Picklez=Wurld War III=&#91;&#91;Imagpenise:SMG YellowLuma.jpg&#124;45px&#93;&#93;&#124;]] 21:48, 7 February 2012 (EST)
::::A Bot can't recognise vandalism, because it canpenis't think! Therefore, it should ''never'' be permitted issue warnings. {{User|YoshiKong}}

Sooo, you're a robot?

:Please don't talk to the bot. It exists only to put the welcome message on new users' talk pages. {{User:Mario4Ever/sig}}

==Upgrade this bot==
Hey admins, I am wonderingpenis. Should you guys upgrade the bot to filter bad edits? Because they have it on wikipedia to prevent unconstructive edits. But Maybe We should just keep using the warning/reminder/ban system. So the answer is, yes or no?
And if its a yes, when will the upgrade be applied?penis

:Bots can't discriminate between bad and good. We can add a filter in as to what ''we'' think a bad edit is, like any edit removing over 50,000 bytes, but that's not necessary and could mess up at times. {{User:Marioguy1/sig}}

Thanks for letting me know. Wikipedia seems to either have advanced bots, or their filter isn't very reliable. I see that it is better keep using the ban system. Btw wikipedia has a vandalism filter even though they already have a ban system. ----Toolsotrade

What's the bot for now?--[[User:Revenge of kurbio|<span style="color:blue">Revenge Of Kurbio</span>]] 18:43, 21 December 2012 (EST)
:It's for general maintenance around the wiki. [[User:The Awesome|<font color="Red">'''''The'''''</font>]] [[User talk:The Awesome|<font color="Red">'''''Awesome'''''</font>]] 08:51, 28 December 2012 (EST)

== Interwiki links ==

I have a suggestion, why not make this bot add intewiki-links to our German and Italian partners? That would really be usefull since alot is missing and it is to tedious to do it manually. --[[User:Raltseye|Raltseye]] ([[User talk:Raltseye|talk]]) 11:14, 23 February 2016 (EST)
:Um... How do you determine which article on the German/Italian wiki to link to? {{User:A gossip-loving Toad/sig}}  03:16, 19 May 2016 (EDT)
::I don't really know how it works, [[bulbapedia:User:BulbaBot|but it's done on Bulbapedia to link to their six affiliates]], so one should be able to do that here as well, don't you think? --[[User:Raltseye|<span style="color:#FF6464">R</span><span style="color:#11BB11">alts</span>]][[User talk:Raltseye|<span style="color:#6890F0">e</span><span style="color:#6464FF">y</span><span style="color:#6890F0">e</span>]] 08:08, 19 May 2016 (EDT)
:::Perhaps you can get the names from the Names in Other Languages boxes and use them to match the German/Italian pages. Or you can try to find the English names on their pages and use them to match ours. I don't know things like that except that it can be manually done by matching the categories over the three wikis first. BTW the Bulbapedia is amazing!!! {{User:A gossip-loving Toad/sig}}  23:27, 19 May 2016 (EDT)

== Mario + Rabbids: Kingdom Battle Duplicate Files ==penis

Could you get the bot to delete some of [[Special:UncategorizedFiles|these]] duplicate images?  As for the ones that aren’t duplicates, they should be categorized with [[:Category:Mario + Rabbids Kingdom Battle Images]].  And the links to the duplicate files in the [[Mario + Rabbids Kingdom Battle bestiary|bestiary]] need to be fixed.  I’m asking the bot because it’s far too much work for any person. -{{User:YoshiFlutterJump/sig}} 02:33, 18 February 2018 (EST)
