Actual name
I don't think this is the actual name of the level. Isn't it just a code such as "1-1"? We don't make articles about those. 10:40, 20 December 2008 (EST)

:There should be an article on all four levels in Donkey Kong. --Grandy02 10:42, 20 December 2008 (EST)
::25m is the actual name, given that the third level of the game is named 75m by both the arcade game and Super Smash Bros. Brawl.  Articles for 50m and 100m should also be created. -- Son of Suns
If "25m" is the name of this level, then "1-1" is also the name of the first level of New Super Mario Bros. Yet we don't make separate articles for NSMB levels (same for all the Super Mario Bros. games). I think we need to be more consistent here. Or is there a reason to assume that "25m" is the title of the first Donkey Kong level while "1-1" is not the title of the first New Super Mario Bros. level? 10:53, 20 December 2008 (EST)
The levels in the worlds of Super Mario Bros. are much bigger than those in Donkey Kong, and they were merged into one article for each world. They are just named "1-1", "1-2" and so on, but "25m" is actually also only a numerical name referring to the height of the building. Well, personally, I don't have something against separate articles, I didn't support to merge all unnamed levels with the world articles, but this proposal passed. --Grandy02 10:54, 20 December 2008 (EST)
Just because certain levels are merged doesn't mean these levels have to be merged.  None of the Yoshi's Island levels are merged, although they function exactly the same as any other level.  I feel "25m" acts more like a title, as it is referring to a specific place - the area of the construction site at 25m.  If there is no proposal about merging these four articles, I feel we should leave them seperate. -- Son of Suns
:It's definintely labelled as "25m" in the Game Boy version of Donkey Kong. In fact, the GB version calls it World 0. - 14:02, 20 December 2008 (EST)
::Really? We just made World 0 a redirect.  What is "50m" called in that version? -- Son of Suns
:::The four names are the same as far as I know, but there they are collectively called "World 0." Yoshi's Island levels aren't merged because they have individual names. I don't like the proposal, that a level has an actual name or not doesn't say whether it deserves an own article. New Super Mario Bros. levels are much more complex than the levels from Super Mario Bros., but they have also been merged because they only have numbers. Hum. --Grandy02 14:06, 20 December 2008 (EST)
::::Well you can always create another proposal to undo the former one.  I agree with you.  The levels are very complex and are named (they are just named numerically).  I think users see these level stub articles and assume they can't get any bigger so they decide to merge them all together, instead of waiting for another user to come along and expand them to rival the size of "normal" articles.  I definitely agree they should be seperate, but I'm not up to creating a proposal.  It's not an effort I'm concerned enough about to lead, ya know?  But if someone were to create a proposal I would support it. -- Son of Suns
Well in fact it's not "World 0" but 0-1, 0-2, 0-3, 0-4. World isn't mentioned so I didn't think of it when discussing the World 0 article. - 14:14, 20 December 2008 (EST)
Why
is 9-5 in the Tower 25m's replica? Thus making this the only Mario/Donkey Kong/Wario/Yoshi game with the same level twice. :I don't know why. Maybe it's just a reminder of how far Mario has gone in that game... 00:06, 3 November 2013 (EDT)
