They are also present on the ''Mario Kart 7'' battle course, [[Sherbet Rink]].

In most of their appearances, when the player collides with a snowman, the player is knocked backwards while dropping any items they have. In DK Pass, snowmen can potentially knock the player off the edge. However, in ''Mario Kart Tour'', where they are referred to as '''snowpeople''',<ref>''Mario Kart Tour'' in-game name</ref> they simply cause racers to slow down without crashing them.
