In Area 5-DK, the player should connect a Red Girder from the top left to the bottom right rivet, located by the Mini Mario Card. A Fireball should be present next to the top left rivet. Eventually, the Fireball will go down the Red Girder, fall through the floor at the end, and the life lost jingle will play.

Springer
When using either a horizontal spring or a vertical spring,
And when the tile below is empty, any mini can perform a springer. A springer is when a mini preserves momentum when using a spring. A mini can perform a Springer by hopping on a spring, but not landing on the it. The hop gathers momentum and when the spring is gone it keeps the momentum and pushes the mini forward and not straight down. You have to remove the spring somewhat quick with the timing, however it should be fairly easy to do. You can attemp this in 2-DK or in a custom level with the requirements. This is a very easy glitch that i would highly recommend.
Double stumble
In 1-7, it is possible to avoid the Capture Kong and pipe area. First you activate the lower mini let him cross the first Red Rivet. Then remove the red rivet and create a diagonal rivet and let the mini mario stumble. You will notice that the mini mario will stumble twice. Mid-way through the second stumble, remove the diagonal red rivet and recreate the flat red rivet over top the spikes and create a sloped red rivet across the steep slope that leads to the door. This is very useful in any% speed runs or coinless challenges.
Vine image
In 2-DK, all ladders are replaced with vines, but this causes a glitch with other levels. First you enter 2-DK and then exit the level. Then go to the preview image of 1-6 or 5-3. On 5-3 you can see the top of the vine. Its a very easy glitch that is possible for anyone to pull off.
