The '''Crash Guard''' is an item that appears in the New Mode of ''[[Donkey Kong Country Returns 3D]]'' and later reappears in ''[[Donkey Kong Country: Tropical Freeze]]''. In the former game, the Crash Guard is a potion similar to the [[Banana Juice]] except that the potion liquid is a light blue color. In the latter game, the Crash Guard was redesigned to a blue shield, lined with silver and with three small, metal circles positioned near the top.
