Cowboy, Princess Peach: Showtime!

The cowboy is a boss appearing in Princess Peach: Showtime! in the stage Cowgirl in the Wilderness. He is a tall cowboy that works for Grape and is part of the Sour Bunch.

During the events of Cowgirl in the Wilderness, the cowboy leads the robbers as they steal from the desert town. They all go to the Wild Star, where they hold the citizens captive. When Princess Peach arrives, she transforms into Cowgirl Peach and arrives on the scene. After battling against some robbers and freeing some Theets, the cowboy and his robbers ride off on horses into the wilderness. Cowgirl Peach chases after them and eventually catches up to the cowboy, where she dismounts him off his horse, forcing him to run off on foot. He flees to a small battlefield and proceeds to fight Cowgirl Peach himself.

The cowboy attacks by firing circular bullets from his gun, as well as barrels. Cowgirl Peach must lasso the barrels and toss them at the cowboy to stun him. She can then lasso him and throw him at a nearby structure, destroying it and revealing some of the treasure stolen. After being hurt, the cowboy charges at Cowgirl Peach like a raging bull. After some charges, he will return to using his gun, this time firing two bullets at once. After taking damage again, he will charge at Peach again, this time with more charges than before. Using his gun once again, the cowboy now fires three bullets at a time. After being thrown once again, he will appear dazed before vanishing.
