Zess T.

Zess T. is grumpy chef who resides in Rogueport.

Mario first runs into her searching for her lost contact lens, later she prepares improved food items out of other, regular items.

Her cooking is limited to one item at a time until you get the Maitre Delish cookbook from the Creepy Steeple. To give the cookbook to Zess T., Mario must complete the "Seeking Legendary Book!" trouble.
