I blocked him and his IP for what's on his userpage. Ms. Bianca claimed on my talk that CoolPikachu! is just her brother who's angry about a spammer. Jackie ChanMaybe this sounds strange, but just wondering. The user Jackie Chan (talk) is a Sysop of the wiki. Nothing to complain or tell something against, but in the user rights log history I don't see the date when he was promot'd and the only I see is 2257 earning such rank. --
