The Tolielip.

Tolielip is a goofy looking tulip in Paper Mario that will tell Mario false hints about his objectives in Flower Fields. He's in the central hub and has no real role in the game. He can be useful if Mario can tell what's incorrect. Tolielip tells Mario hints that are the opposite of the true hint.

His name is a combination of the words "to lie", and "tulip". The "lip" part of his name could also refer to his incessant talking.

Some of his quotes:

"Whatever you do, don't throw a Blue Berry into the well!"

"Oh Petunia? Yeah she's west of here. He he he."
