The hulking creepy crawler about to get pounded by Wario himself

Spideraticus is a gigantic spider boss whom Wario must defeat at the end of Beanstalk Way during the events of Wario World. The arena consists of a network of roots of a tree with Spideraticus's giant spider web taking up about 80% of the stage. Wario cannot jump while on the web, so he must stay on the outside until an opportunity to attack arises.

Spideraticus has quite a few attacks. The first is a shockwave attack that must be jumped. When Spideraticus has two or less health skulls remaining, he adds another, faster shockwave. The spider boss's second attack is to fire homing missiles at Wario. Again, the lower Spideraticus's health, the more missiles are shot.

Third, Spideraticus may bite Wario is he gets too close. Spideraticus may shoot a small, almost invisible web at Wario to brin him in closer for a bite. Finally, Spideraticus could shoot five Glue Globes at Wario, suck them in one by one and bite Wario if he gets stuck on one. It is this atack that gives Wario a chance to attack.

In order to defeat him, Wario had to grab a Glue Globe that the arachnid shot out, hang onto it and, when close enough, jump off it and Ground Pound his head. Since Wario would land on Spideraticus's web, he could not jump. Wario had to use a Wild Swing-Ding, or Power Throw to damage the spider boss. After repeating five times, this mini-boss gave way, leading to the big Boss, Red-Brief J.

Spideraticus is one of two mini-bosses in Thrillsville, preceded by [Winter Windster]].
